I solemnly declare and affirm that I am duly qualified to take ITLS franchise; all the certificates and testimonials attached with my application are true and valid. I have fully satisfied myself about the legal status of ITLS, i.e. it is an autonomous statutory body with regulations making power for its functioning. ITLS is duly authorized and competent to give me franchise. I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about ITLS legal status. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute / differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by ITLS shall be applicable. I am aware that if any Plagiarism found, my franchise may be cancelled by ITLS without making any prior notice. I shall always follow the rules and regulations of ITLS, in case of any breach there too. I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the ITLS. ITLS is all time free to change the above furnished details which may come without any prior notice. ITLS management has full right to modify/change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior information or notice.
